I took over an existing app for a company operating in real estate and construction and worked on feature development and operational improvements.
Development#
I added user authentication and a chat feature that allows users to communicate with administrators. I also built a CMS as a Flutter Web application, enabling administrators to update property information.
While Flutter Web has limitations in initial load performance and SEO, these were not critical for an internal CMS that does not rely on search traffic. It was selected to share the technology stack with the existing application and streamline development and maintenance.
